About Award
The Bahrain Society of Engineers Award was launched on Bahraini Engineer Day, October 15, 2018, to encourage engineers to innovate and be creative in the engineering field. The award aims to mobilize the capabilities of Bahraini engineers in service of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development, elevate the status of the engineering profession, and enhance its scientific and professional standards, while also advancing Bahraini engineers professionally, socially, culturally, and academically.
About BSE
The Bahrain Society of Engineers was established and officially incorporated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on 1st July 1972. Their Roles and Responsibilities are to contribute towards the industrial development and modernization of Bahrain; to enhance the standards of the engineering professional practice in cooperation with relevant authorities; to express the interests and professional rights of its members; to establish and promote good relationship and interaction among its members; to establish and promote scientific and technical cooperation with engineers outside Bahrain.
